By paying this deposit, you agree to the following:

The deposit is not refundable if the Client cancels or changes the engagement.

Proof album will be delivered to the client prior to printing. Client has final right to approve or reject proof or supply any necessary edits.

The client shall assist and cooperate with Memoir for Me, including specifying high quality photographs to be incorporated into work as well as taking time for interviewing and consultation.

Memoir for Me reserves the right to use selected photos or narrative (names excluded) for marketing.
