Three Things I Learned from Bird by Bird by Anne Lamott
1. I read this book at a snail's pace for the sole reason that I never wanted it to end.
2. I'm going to buy a tiny picture frame and place it on my desk to remember her tip on starting small and writing about what you know.
3. Is there anything more freeing than allowing yourself to write a shitty first draft? She coined the term, but this will be my new war cry.
